Sarah Corsbie, IHP2

Sarah Corsbie is a seasoned wellness professional with over two decades of experience in health and fitness. As an Integrated Health Practitioner (II), Master Pilates Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Certified Personal Trainer (NCSF), and Reiki Master Practitioner, Sarah brings a unique, holistic approach to helping clients achieve their wellness goals.

She is the founder of Integrated Pilates and Fitness® in Melbourne, Florida, where she developed her signature training method—a dynamic blend of traditional Pilates principles and modern fitness techniques. Sarah's tailored programs serve individuals of all fitness levels, including athletes, seniors, children, pregnant women, and those recovering from injuries.

Sarah has held key leadership roles at premier fitness facilities across the U.S., including World Class Health and Fitness in Wisconsin and Seaport Health & Fitness in New York City. She also served as a Master Instructor for Club Pilates, where she created a teaching curriculum to expand the reach of her methodology.

After a decade navigating multiple autoimmune conditions with little lasting relief—despite working with specialists, conventional lab tests, and prescription medications—I knew there had to be a better way. I began my journey as an Integrative Health Practitioner to heal myself and create a healthier foundation for my family. What started as a personal mission quickly grew into a passion for helping others uncover the root causes of their symptoms, rather than simply managing them.

Integrative health brings together the best of multiple healing traditions—rooted in science, guided by nature, and focused on the whole person. It’s this comprehensive, balanced approach that helped me restore my own health, and now it’s what I use to help others find lasting wellness, too.
